..yesterday more or less back to normal, finally. I still caugh here and there but it's not feeling like it's dangerous to train, anymore. Ran 14km with 5x2km in 3:50 - 3:35min/km. Today hope to be able to get out soon either on the bike or later after a trip to the airport for another run workout
